If you want to share some of your files than you can use some file hosts like RapidShare.com or MegaUpload.com.
How to upload your materials i will teach you in next few lines.

RapidShare.com
Go to www.rapidshare.com. You will see their homepage, but we are interested in this part of their frontpage:

So click on “Choose…” button to shoose your file, after you do it click on “Upload!” button to start upload.

After upload is finnished you will see your link, copy that link and share it with others.

Notice: Filesize cannot be above 100 MB. If needed split your vid, either with winrar or winzip or with HJSplit

NB the process is pretty similar with megaupload.com and megarotic.com
